About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a VDC Plumbing Assistant Project Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 75k/year - 95k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the St. Petersburg, FL area.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in the plumbing trade, with at least 3 years in a VDC/BIM management role
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP Fabrication)
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes
Nice-to-Have:
- Additional technical training or certifications in construction, plumbing, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
- Revit Certification or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
