About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 146k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) with both functional and technical experience
- Strong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, or similar middleware/integration platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex, multi-system environments
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, project management, and vendors
- Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, particularly integrating WFM/HR data into advanced analytics pipelines (expertise preferred)
Nice to Have
- UKG certifications in Workforce Management (WFM Pro)
- Experience delivering Sage implementations or similar ERP/time solutions
