About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 101k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the San Diego, CA area.
Must Have
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience (corporate and/or agency)
- Proven experience recruiting for software engineering roles (SDE II / SDE III)
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience (intake through offer)
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using Boolean search
- Experience building and managing candidate pipelines
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time
Plusses
- Experience in AWS, big tech, or high-volume technical recruiting environments
- Experience with diversity sourcing initiatives or employer branding
- Experience driving sourcing strategies or recruiting initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree
