About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 62k/year - 81k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the San Diego, CA area.
Must Have
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience (corporate and/or agency)
- Proven experience recruiting for software engineering roles (SDE preferred)
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience (intake → offer)
- Strong Boolean sourcing and passive candidate generation
- Proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time
