About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 60k/year - 76k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Austin, TX area.
Must Have
- 5 to 7 years of technical recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search experience
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn for recruiting
- Experience hiring for software engineering or other niche technical roles
- Experience building candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Plusses
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience recruiting for database, SQL, or query processing roles
- Experience working in highly technical or enterprise environments
