Technical Program Manager - Identity
About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Identity to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 146k/year - 162k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Primary responsibilities
• Own complex programs with broad cross-organizational and/or deep architectural impact.
• Drive large engineering efforts that solve significantly complex problems
• Identify risks/opportunities in technical strategies, architecture(s), in engineering organization structure(s).
• Scope, plan, implement, and deliver projects and programs, and collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals
• Drive projects cross-functionally, build partnerships with other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met
• Integrate information security into organizational development and processes
• Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms
• Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests
• Deliver findings, recommendations, and remediation steps for all activities
Job Qualifications:

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

3+ years of software development experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
