Gentis Solutions is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 146k/year - 164k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the New York City, NY area.
Must Have
- 5+ years of technical program management experience with a proven track record of building programs from the ground up
- Experience designing scalable operational processes and transitioning ownership to cross-functional teams
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to map complex workflows, identify gaps, and implement durable solutions
- Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, business development, legal, and marketing
- Familiarity with consent management, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy), or digital advertising infrastructure
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce executive-ready documentation and partner-facing materials
Plusses
- Experience building or scaling partner onboarding or compliance programs in AdTech or MarTech environments
- Familiarity with CDP/CMP platforms (e.g., Tealium, LiveRamp, Adobe, Salesforce, mParticle)
- Experience working with 3PAS platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking)
- Experience designing automated communication workflows for large partner ecosystems
- Experience with change management and structured handoff methodologies
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
