About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 145k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Consumer-facing product experience (UX, discovery, conversion)
- Proven roadmap ownership and strategy
- End-to-end product delivery (concept → launch)
- Feature prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Strong partnership with design and front-end engineering
- Data-driven decision making and experimentation
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite full-time

- Consumer tech, retail, or digital product background
- Experience in growth, conversion, or customer experience optimization
- Healthcare industry experience
