Gentis Solutions is looking for a Survey Crew Chief to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 52k/year - 71k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Virginia Beach, VA area.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in horizontal and vertical survey control networks
  • Proficient in supervising teams and managing survey operations
  • Competent with basic AutoCAD and/or MicroStation CAD platforms (preferred)
  • Computer literate with strong technical skills
  • Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel as needed
  • Availability to work regular overtime

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Static, Mobile, or Air-borne LIDAR collection or processing
  • Familiarity with UAS platforms, including Mission Planning, Execution, and Processing UAS Data
  • Skills in MicroStation and/or Civil 3D CAD
