About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 105k/year - 125k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional engineering experience in an Architectural & Engineering firm or similar setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilities generation and distribution systems design
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Designers, Engineers, and sub-consultants
  • Project management skills with knowledge of related tools and processes
  • Ability to assimilate diverse ideas, programs, or alternatives into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Strong experience in infrastructure projects and/or plant operations
