About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Software Developer Level III to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 139k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the , area.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and Redux Toolkit for front-end development

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS CDK for back-end development and infrastructure management

  • Strong experience building and maintaining responsive, intuitive user interfaces

  • Expertise in developing and integrating RESTful APIs

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript

  • Knowledge of AWS relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval

  • Experience in testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications using CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain clean documentation across codebases, APIs, and deployment workflows

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Docker for containerized application development

  • Understanding of audio processing concepts and experience with libraries like Web Audio API

  • Experience integrating audio tuning tools or acoustic simulation workflows

  • Knowledge of AWS IoT, MQTT, or WebSockets for connecting physical devices to web apps

  • Experience with audio manipulation workflows for engineers in specialized tools

  • Prior experience working with web-hosted simulation tools or audio-based applications
