Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 40k/year - 60k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the , area.
Overview
- We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Full life cycle Recruiting role in a Recruiting Agency/Staffing provider with focus in the Information Technology and/or Engineering domains. Gentis is a rapidly growing company that wants to partner with high energy people driven to succeed.
- Will consider remote work applicants for personnel with extensive history or large prior portfolio.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior history in the Talent Acquisition or Recruiting domains
- Prior experience with Information Technology or Engineering positions
- Exceptional boolean search skills across various platform (ATS, LinkedIn, etc)
- Experience with Contract and/or Contract-to-Hire engagements
- Exceptional networking and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools and being 'on camera' with personnel
- A People person; this is a very fun and energetic team that values 'hanging out together'
Nice-to-Have
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for large enterprises
- Experience leveraging other candidate sources; such as referral networks or C2C firms
- Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Social Media skills for sharing content we post a lot to LinkedIn, Youtube, and now X
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is a combination of Salary + Commissions
- Base Salary is roughly 45,000 - 70,000 (negotiable based on experience or prior book)
- Commissions are based on Gross Profit of sales, up to 20% of total profit possible for 'full desk' work
