About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 135k/year - 151k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.

Requirements

  • CCaaS platform experience (NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9)
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations including call routing, IVR, ACD, and digital channels
  • Experience designing agent desktop experiences and supervisor workflows
  • Solution architecture experience across cloud, SaaS, integrations, and data platforms
  • API-based integrations and event-driven architecture experience
  • Knowledge of identity, security, and compliance in SaaS environments
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and contact center KPIs
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and influence skills
  • Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

  • CCaaS or cloud platform certifications (vendor-specific or AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Architecture certifications or IT service management certifications
  • Experience supporting CCaaS platform selection and vendor evaluations
  • Familiarity with architecture documentation (ADRs, diagrams, NFRs)
  • Exposure to go-live readiness, operational transition, and change control processes
