About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 146k/year - 165k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.
Must Have
- 7–10 years of experience in electrical and mechanical construction projects
- Strong project management experience delivering complex builds
- Hands-on experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools
- Proven ability to quickly understand complex issues and drive resolution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to summarize problems and recommend solutions
- Track record of resolving issues without escalation
- Ability to deliver accurate, timely information in fast-moving environments
Plusses
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Military experience
- Willingness to support work on weekends as needed
- Self-directed, ownership-driven work style
