Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 136k/year - 174k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects or programs
- 3–5 years of leadership experience across IT and business functions
- Proven track record managing $5–$10M+ budgets for multi-year initiatives
- Deep understanding of project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with internal IT, business units, and external partners
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Expertise in project cost management and resource capacity planning
- Strong business process analysis and process mapping capabilities
- Hands-on experience implementing change management strategies to support programs
- Experience indirectly managing team members, including assigning work and supporting professional development
