About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 135k/year - 149k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Austin, TX area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, program management, or customer experience roles
- Proven experience managing and monitoring a portfolio of projects, including tracking progress, reporting to stakeholders, and mitigating risks
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure product scalability and long-term maintainability
- Experience creating mechanisms to collect and analyze user feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software and modern web technologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
