About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Integration Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 166k/year - 183k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Erlanger, KY area.
Must Have
- 6–9 years SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Proven experience with Employee Central and global payroll integrations
- End-to-end integration lifecycle ownership (design → deployment)
- Integration design, data mapping, and transformation experience
- Experience with SAP CPI or similar integration tools
- Experience coordinating with third-party payroll vendors
- Testing experience (unit, system, end-to-end) and defect resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel as needed
Plusses
- Experience with Deel, SD Worx, or similar payroll vendors
- Multi-country/global payroll integration experience
- Time Management system integrations
- Exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules
