About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Incentives Execution & Delivery Lead to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 53k/year - 62k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, or project coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and workflows

- Experience in retail, media, or advertising environments
- Exposure to financial tracking or campaign reporting
