About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Activation to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 46k/year - 55k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of digital media experience, preferably with emerging clients
- Foundational knowledge of the media industry and client media support
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Skilled in handling day-to-day client questions, troubleshooting, training, and platform scaling
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Slides, Word)
Nice to Have
- Experience consulting with sales teams and building media plans
- Background in consumer packaged goods, agencies, or retail media networks
- Previous experience with publishers, agencies, or retail media environments
- Experience building strategic media plans and recommendations
