Gentis Solutions is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.

Compensation for this position ranges from 96k/year - 112k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

We are seeking a Scrum Master to coach and guide a cross-functional agile team working within complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban teams delivering business-oriented technology solutions as part of a fast-paced, high-impact program. You will ensure agile best practices are consistently applied, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives high-quality, timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies and practices across Scrum and/or Kanban teams

  • Guide teams through the agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure delivery excellence

  • Remove blockers and manage impediments to maintain team momentum

  • Coach team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement

  • Partner effectively with PMO, business stakeholders, and technology leadership Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience within a large-scale, complex enterprise environment

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, values, frameworks, and delivery practices

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse teams and personalities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate agile concepts across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional organization, time management, and facilitation abilities

  • Experience managing multiple agile teams while balancing business, technology, and PMO priorities

  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive in solving complex challenges

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
