Gentis Solutions is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 0.06k/year - 0.06k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Overview:

As a Sales Engineer; you’ll use your technical expertise to support sales and design customized solutions for clients. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, showcasing product capabilities, and developing tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.



Responsibilities:

  • Master product knowledge to effectively convey benefits to clients.

  • Identify sales opportunities based on customer requirements and goals.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and create detailed documentation to showcase product features.

  • Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions, providing accurate measurements and technical support.

  • Work with Sales Administration to prepare proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and providing ongoing support.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost aftermarket sales and achieve business growth. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar field.

  • Willingness to travel 50% for client meetings and trade shows.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and goal-oriented skills.
