Gentis Solutions is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 0.06k/year - 0.06k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Overview:
As a Sales Engineer; you’ll use your technical expertise to support sales and design customized solutions for clients. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, showcasing product capabilities, and developing tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.
Responsibilities:

Master product knowledge to effectively convey benefits to clients.

Identify sales opportunities based on customer requirements and goals.

Deliver engaging presentations and create detailed documentation to showcase product features.

Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions, providing accurate measurements and technical support.

Work with Sales Administration to prepare proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and providing ongoing support.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost aftermarket sales and achieve business growth. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar field.

Willingness to travel 50% for client meetings and trade shows.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
