About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Researcher, Consumer Research to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 79k/year - 93k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, Analytics, or Statistics
- 3 to 5 years of consumer research experience
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience managing research projects end-to-end
- Experience writing surveys, questionnaires, and research materials
- Ability to analyze findings and turn them into clear insights, reports, and visuals
- Ability to identify business needs and recommend research solutions
- Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, R, Python, or similar
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong collaboration skills
