About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 94k/year - 111k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Bellevue, WA area.
Must Have
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments
- Proven experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle including candidate offers and negotiations
- Strong professional communication skills with excellent business writing abilities
- Experience supporting operational or high-volume recruiting programs
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in fast-paced recruiting environments
Plusses
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience sourcing candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
- Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise organizations
- Recruiting experience supporting industrial, operations, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, airline, or retail environments
- Experience hiring for operational or safety-related roles
