Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 99k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Bellevue, WA area.

Must Have

5–8 years of recruiting experience
Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding)
Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Plusses

Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters
Experience supporting broader employee lifecycle activities (e.g., status changes, exit processes)
Bachelor’s degree
