Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 99k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Strong experience using Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
- Experience with reporting, tracking metrics, and maintaining recruiting data
- Strong written communication skills and administrative support experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support recruiting operations in fast-paced environments
