About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 60k/year - 73k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in corporate or agency recruiting
- Experience sourcing candidates for business-facing or full lifecycle roles
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience managing candidate communication and handling sensitive information
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience supporting offer extension, closing, and candidate negotiation
- Experience managing candidate expectations and objections
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics and pipeline health
- Ability to work independently while partnering with sourcing teams
