About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 58k/year - 73k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent recruiting experience
- Recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with offer extension, offer management, and candidate closing
- Ability to communicate compensation and offer details clearly and professionally
- Experience handling confidential candidate or employee information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting hiring managers and recruiting or sourcing teams
Plusses
- Experience in candidate needs analysis and candidate relationship management
- Experience handling candidate objections during the offer stage
- Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with TA, recruiting operations, or business teams
- Recruiting coordinator or recruiting operations background
