About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 58k/year - 73k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Arlington, VA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Experience sourcing candidates using tools and techniques such as Boolean search
- Experience engaging candidates and delivering a strong candidate experience
- Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines based on market trends
- Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
