About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 99k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience
- Proven high-volume recruiting experience (non-technical roles)
- Experience managing offers and candidate negotiations
- Strong professional communication and business writing skills
- Experience recruiting in industrial, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, retail, WHS, or airline environments
Plusses
- Previous Amazon recruiting experience
- Experience working with an ATS
- Experience with candidate sourcing strategies
