Gentis Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 62k/year - 62k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Decatur, IL area.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
- Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and attracting top talent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles in challenging markets
- Experience recruiting across North America, specifically for manufacturing positions
- Strong relationship management and closing skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to follow through on commitments
- Excellent problem-solving and consulting abilities
- Ability to see the big picture and drive recruiting processes to achieve results
Nice to Have
- Prior agency recruiting experience
- Experience building recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill or specialized roles
