About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 62k/year - 74k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Westborough, MA area.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or assembly
Experience inspecting mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs
Experience using calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and optical inspection equipment
Experience with NCR documentation and quality management systems
Experience in robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing
Knowledge of robotic subsystems, including gantries, EoAT, vision/camera systems, and actuators
ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or equivalent certification

Plusses

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
Experience with CAPA, 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone
Experience with quality data tools and ERP/MES systems
