About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 144k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.
Must Have
- 6+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience coordinating projects in operational or site-based environments
- Technical background with exposure to engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience tracking milestones and driving execution across projects
- Basic knowledge of networking or system testing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work onsite with a flexible schedule
Plusses
- Engineering background (mechanical or electrical)
- Experience with site deployments, retrofits, or live operational environments
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling systems
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
