About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Project / Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 144k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in media, communications, or public relations roles
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, professional content
- Experience with media relations, including working with press or external communications
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation or communication workflows
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including handling high-visibility or sensitive topics

- Experience working in high-visibility or fast-paced communications environments
- Experience supporting corporate or enterprise communications strategies
