About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Project / Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 121k/year - 144k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 5–6 years of experience in program management, product management, or business operations within large, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials and updates
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and execute against ambiguous problem statements
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Experience using operational and case management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and basic data analysis
- Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools
Plusses
- Experience supporting HR, PXT ticketing, or people-focused product or operations teams
- Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems such as SIM or ITDS
- Experience facilitating business reviews, roadshows, or leadership forums
- Strong stakeholder management experience across both technical and non-technical teams
- Prior experience working with large enterprise organizations
