About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project / Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 144k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Bellevue, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using backwards planning to forecast, plan, and manage program timelines
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of operational processes and program execution within business or operations environments
- Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
Plusses
- Experience conducting business reviews (e.g., bi-weekly business reviews) and presenting operational updates
- Experience in e-commerce environments
- Prior experience working within large-scale enterprise organizations
