About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project / Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 121k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 4 to 7 years of experience in operations, administrative, or related roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with the ability to solve problems independently
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using tools such as Tableau and Excel
- Ability to interpret data and build reports or dashboards to support business decisions
- Experience working with internal tools, systems, and cross-functional teams in a tech or operations environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Plusses
- Experience in operations, reverse logistics, or account support roles
- Experience working in technology-driven environments
- Strong proficiency with Excel and dashboarding tools
