About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 75k/year - 89k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 1 to 2 years supply chain, logistics, or related experience
- Strong hands-on Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar tracking tools
- Experience managing and updating large datasets
- Experience with shipment tracking or logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive, task-based work
- Ability to work onsite full-time
Plusses
- Formal training in supply chain or operations
- Experience with logistics platforms or data tools
- Experience with data validation or web research
