Human Rights & Social Impact Analyst
About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Human Rights & Social Impact Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 152k/year - 164k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.
Must Have:

5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business insights roles (program evaluation/ROI experience strongly preferred)

Experience building cost-benefit or financial-impact models in partnership with business teams

Previous Program/Project management experience (engaging with stake holders and driving projects)

Proven ability to produce clear written documentation of findings and present insights to stakeholders with high standards and attention to detail Plusses:

Familiarity with human rights, social impact, sustainability, or responsible business concepts

Experience building cost-benefit or financial-impact models in partnership with business teams

Strong data analytics skills, including SQL, and comfort using AI tools to improve analysis and workflows
