About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 110k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of operations experience
- 3+ years of program management experience
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships
- Fluent English
- strong project management background

- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects/commitments at one time
Plusses:
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Experience in supply chain management, inventory systems, or logistics operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships with external organizations
- Experience with corporate social responsibility initiatives or non-profit operations
