Gentis Solutions is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 146k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.

Requirements

Strong product or project management experience
Experience delivering complex software or platform products
Strong workflow and operational dependency management
Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and releases
Strong cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, operations, analytics, design, and vendors
Technical acumen with integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
Ability to work independently through ambiguity
Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Agile product development experience

Plusses

AdTech, MarTech, Retail Media, Digital Media, or Omnichannel Commerce experience
In-store technology, digital signage, store systems, or retail operations experience
Vendor product or third-party technology partnership experience
Media measurement, campaign workflow, audience targeting, or advertiser-facing capability experience
Experience with products spanning physical and digital environments
