About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 92k/year - 107k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the North Reading, MA area.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, product operations, or supply chain
Experience with supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and second-source qualifications
Experience with supply chain planning, lead time reduction, and shortage resolution
Experience with supplier relationship management and performance tracking
Experience with data analysis and supply chain reporting
Experience working with electromechanical or hardware supply chains

Plusses

Experience in robotics or similar technology-driven industries
Experience supporting both NPI and sustained operations
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
Experience with PLM tools such as Agile
Experience with scenario planning, risk mitigation, or trade compliance
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
