About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 139k/year - 149k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Austin, TX area.
Must Have
- BA/BS degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience with Workday Financial and Accounting modules, including Accounts Payable and Supplier management
- Experience working with PeopleSoft and financial systems in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations processes
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software systems, including system design, deployment, testing, and operational support
- Experience managing product or system requirements, backlog management, and supporting product roadmaps
- Ability to analyze product performance metrics and translate insights into product or system improvements
- Experience conducting user research and testing methods such as interviews, surveys, or A/B testing to inform product decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business, finance, and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and insights clearly
Plusses
- Experience with enterprise tools such as Coupa, Concur, Vertex, Tango, Procore, Reconnet, Kainos, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Lucidchart
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience working in an enterprise environment
- Experience building or scaling systems or processes in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
