About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Organizational Change Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 123k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Ability to create and execute change plans that improve user adoption and system usage
- Experience developing and delivering training for multiple user groups in hybrid or distributed environments
- Strong ability to use metrics and feedback to measure adoption and adjust change strategies
- Experience working with project schedules and aligning change activities to delivery timelines
- Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks across multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with executives, managers, and end users
- Ability to tailor communication and training by audience or persona
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, Change Guide, or LaMarsh)
- Experience creating user journeys or persona-based experiences
- Background supporting large technology or transformation programs
