Operations Program Manager
About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Operations Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 114k/year - 121k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Santa Cruz, CA area.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of program management experience in technical environments
• Proven track record managing field testing programs
• Experience with prototype testing and validation
• Excellence in stakeholder communication and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts
• Experience with data management and security protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in operations management
• Strong technical background in engineering or related field
• Experience with automated testing tools and platforms
• Degree in technical field
This position may require up to 25% travel to testing sites and partner facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of program management experience, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to drive successful testing operations while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
