Gentis Solutions is looking for a LRD Electronics Technician to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 33k/year - 37k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Louisville, KY area.
Requirements
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing advanced electronic circuits and equipment, including board-level troubleshooting and component repair
- Proficient in operating soldering and rework stations
- Experience training associate technicians on electronic equipment repair and operation
- Proven ability to lead a team, organize, and oversee technical projects
- Strong knowledge of loading operating system software, updating firmware, and configuring IP addresses
- Skilled in navigating enterprise software systems
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience repairing a wide range of electronic devices beyond laptops, including mobile devices and circuits
- Supervisor or lead technician experience is a plus
