Gentis Solutions is looking for a IT Integration Developer to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 108k/year - 146k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading integration team development
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java or C#
- Expertise in integration platforms, such as MuleSoft
- Strong knowledge of API design and development
- Database management skills and understanding of data modeling and system architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in detailed planning, change management, and negotiation
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and systems to ensure seamless integration across project elements
