About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Innovation Project Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 146k/year - 165k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Arlington, VA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in project management, innovation management, or operations within semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Proven experience delivering complex innovation or transformation projects in time-constrained environments
- Strong project management experience including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and quickly integrate into fast-paced project environments
Plusses
- Experience working as a contractor or consultant in enterprise environments
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/process improvement certification
