About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Engineering Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 130k/year - 150k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Fairfield, OH area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in CNC machining and product assembly
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as lead, plan, and execute projects
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and critical issues simultaneously
  • 5 years of experience with CAD/CAM systems
  • Leadership in Live Tooling Lathe operations
  • Expertise in 4 and 5 Axis Milling
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Quality standards
  • Experience in Product Development
  • Skills in Presenting Technical Information
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems
