Gentis Solutions is looking for a Engineering Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 130k/year - 150k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Fairfield, OH area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years of experience in CNC machining and product assembly
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as lead, plan, and execute projects
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and critical issues simultaneously
- 5 years of experience with CAD/CAM systems
- Leadership in Live Tooling Lathe operations
- Expertise in 4 and 5 Axis Milling
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Quality standards
- Experience in Product Development
- Skills in Presenting Technical Information
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems
