About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Communications Specialist - Process Improvement Training and Communication to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.

Compensation for this position ranges from 54k/year - 73k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

  • Experience leading store rollouts and training as the primary point of contact for assigned locations
  • 3+ years of experience in training process development and instructional design using various delivery methods
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for in-person and virtual training
  • Ability to manage multiple rollout schedules and drive change adoption at the store level
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and assign work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Teams survey/forms
  • Experience managing release processes using Jira
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and escalate issues effectively
  • Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canva for visual content creation
  • Background in retail operations or store-level work
  • Experience supervising technical writers and creating learning tools
  • Involvement in process improvement initiatives or solution rollouts
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
  • Familiarity with training tools and large-scale deployment processes
  • Experience incorporating store feedback to improve rollout effectiveness
