About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Business Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 150k/year - 158k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven ability to lead programs, manage risks, and drive decisions to resolution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and relationship building across all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in complex environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid business acumen and understanding of core business principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes, and technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or supporting Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)–related programs
- Knowledge of retail supply chain operations, supplier engagement, or food chain processes
- Exposure to food traceability concepts (not required)
